Dear Friend,Did you hear? On July 15, 2022, the honourable Minister for Education, Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan, announced the NIRF Rankings 2022. The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) was launched by the Government of India in 2015. NIRF ranks colleges and universities across India based on an accreditation process led by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). While announcing the 2022 NIRF rankings, the Minister for Education mentioned school accreditation in passing. He said, “Soon, there will be a system under which each school will also be accredited. We will take the state governments on board. Parents will know the standing of the schools where their children are being admitted....” The School Quality Consultants at Innerkern are experts at guiding school leaders effortlessly navigate the accreditation process. Upon hearing the announcement in July, our team began reaching out to schools to discuss accreditation with school leaders. These personal interactions were an enlightening experience for us.
